Super Easy Homemade Meatballs
(makes 4-5 servings)
What you’ll need:
1 lb grass fed beef (can also use 3/4 lb grass fed beef, 1/4 lb italian sausage)
1/3 cup gluten free crackers (pulsed in a food processor until they resemble breadcrumbs)
1 egg, room temperature
1/4 cup warm water
2 tablespoons italian seasoning
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until combined- don't overwork!
3. Shape into small balls, about 2 tablespoons of mixture per meatball and place on a baking sheet.
4. Bake for about 23-25 minutes.
5. Serve with pesto zoodles, or your fave red sauce!
