Chickpea Cookie Dough
(makes 6 servings)
What you’ll need:
1 cup of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/3 cup nut butter (I recommend peanut butter)
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon coconut sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 tablespoon ground chia seeds
1/4 cup dark chocolatec, chopped
Sprinkles optional
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients besides chocolate and sprinkles in a food processor and blend until it's a fine puree. Then transfer to a bowl and mix in the chocolate and the sprinkles! A quick and easy recipe for when your sweet tooth hits!
